Pintail Ltd is a professional services and software company, based in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

The company was founded by its current management team, Ciarán Clissmann and Michelle Dempsey, in 2001. Some 60% of company activity is in business consultancy, EU projects, project monitoring and evaluation, with the remainder in project management, software development, custom R&D and quality assurance.

Pintail focuses on the public, educational, and EU sectors, with a number of important successes in project proposals, programme evaluation, reporting, project delivery, external monitoring and problem management.

Our client list includes Intel Ireland, Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, National University of Ireland, Galway, the University of Limerick, Lero, DERI, several Institutes of Technology, the National College of Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, the Library Council, Volunteering Ireland, Fingal County Council, Donegal County Council, the Italian Ministry of Fine Arts and companies in Austria, the UK and Italy.
